The PRISM was originally developed for this kind of adaptability in screen printing processes and later evolved into the PRISM II rotary machine. This heavy duty design, armed with an overabundance of features, enables a wide variety of customization and specialized functionality. In primary application of textile printing durability and strength of the PRISM II is extreme. Because we consider the PRISM series to be a commercial tool, we consider the concept of the word option a little differently. We are not offering pneumatic clamps, digital off-contact and advanced software as options - these features are provided as standard features. In the standard version of the PRISM II we offer one of the longest print strokes in rotary screen printing machines - 110 cm. Not only dowe offer the fully equipped standard version of the PRISM II (we are ready to customize the machine according to our customers' needs). The PRISM II also comes with front-rear advanced screen clamping system as a standard feature, with mechanical isolation of the flash it enables of use Constant print area rule - which allows the printer to pass along characteristics of print length to width and vice versa. In addition to the generous standard image area on every head, the operator can enlarge image areas by reducing the number of colors for all-overprinting applications. It has a great influence on flexibility of printing. The PRISM II screen printing rotary machine with multitask system enables the screen printing of different substrate and surfaces for use with specialty products. The multitask system allows the printing of many substrate types with corresponding specialty inks to be printed with maximum efficiency. In the case of flat surface printing, such as the utilization of transfer paper, we can customize an integrated vacuum rotary system. To avoid the burden of high cost during the initial purchasing stage we offer the vacuum rotary system as a preparation package. This makes it easy and fast to install all of the most expensive elements of the vacuum rotary system on your new PRISM II at your facility when the timing is right for you and your business. The cost of this vacuum rotary system upgrade preparation is about 30% of the system's total value. This option cannot be retrofitted and is highly recommended forf acilities that are not dedicated to printing on a single substrate. The standard printing area for PRISM II XL is 50x70 cm.
