Convection dryer MULTIAIR

The MULTIAIR tunnel convection dryer is a multifunctional device. The belt width can be adjusted between 96 and 182 cm, allowing for the processing of various product sizes. The compact packaging reduces transportation costs and simplifies the device's transportation and installation. MULTIAIR is suitable for the polymerization of a wide range of paints, including plastisol, water-based paints, etching, and digital printing inks. It uses hot air to cure the paints and can operate on both gas and electricity. Due to the separate heating of air in a special burner and the subsequent supply (pumping) of air to the thermal chamber, the system allows for an even distribution of temperature throughout the thermal chamber. Natural gas, liquefied natural gas, and hydrocarbon gas, as well as heavy diesel fuel, can be used as the combustible product supplied to the burner. The air flow, combined with the recirculation system, ensures proper heat transfer and uniform distribution.
